I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. Do you know your tuning? I am tuned to 23-25 hz. I hit 151.0 on the dash at 30hz on friday. I hit 150.7 at the headrest at meca on saturday. I also averaged 148.5@33 hz for 30 seconds playing rubberbands.
