EricR
Well I ordered a new screen for my iPhone 3g for 9$ with free shipping on Friday and it was here today. Came with all the needed tools to replace and only took me about 20 minutes. However while taking apart the LCD from the front glass I must have pryed to hard on the LCD and bent it and released the black liquid onto the front so now I have to buy a new LCD and will be without my phone till it gets here All in all I am happy though, for about 40$ I will have an almost brand new iPhone 3g that I will be able to sell when I upgrade to the 3Gs next month. Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? jazz5000
just be careful when you open the iphone. The cable that attaches the front to the back casing, When you pull the tab up make sure you do it right, I mistakenly followed a video which gave wrong directions and broke the tab. The screen the didnt work or it would go dim
