Resonant Freq.

Does anyone one know the resonant frequency of a 1996 Yukon?, Cauz I got a box for 4 15's tuned to 38 hrz and it sounds pretty good but I want higher numbers, any help appreciated

don't you listen to music on that thing??? if so why would you want to tune higher?

He wants higher spl numbers, not higher tuning...

find someone with a tem lab and do a frequency sweep and see what hits the higher #'s in it

build a new box Subz up Brace the living shit out of it medium port area firing at rear door's tuned to 40 hz will give you higher numbers, like roscoe says you need a termlab to run a few sweeps and test some things out.

Well hes a way to do it but you still need a termlab. Take your same box star testing and find your current pak and peak number. Then start chopping the port about a 1/2" each time then test again. When it stops getting louder you found your peak. That is strictly for spl.
