ok thought that would work but wasnt sure....if the speakers were 90rms each how large of an amp would he need? 150 a channel? or 100 a channel?

90 RMS 2 speakers a channel, the amp should put out 180 RMS at 2 ohms if your running it at 2 ohms, and MAKE SURE IT'S 2 OHM STABLE! trust me, having to buy a new amp because yours shuts off all the time...

do the math man. you have 2 90wrms speakers 2 ohms a piece on one channel. you can wire them to 1 ohm or 4 ohm. if you have an amp that can only do 150 watts at 4 ohms on a single channel then how many watts you think them speakers are gonna see?

he could wire in series if the amp could handle 2 x 4ohm bridged. i have a two channel that is 400wrms @ 4ohm bridged and i have 4 speakers wired in series and then in parallel to make a 4ohm load.

I know i sound like a dumbass but Ive had ppl tell me that the speakers will get 150 watts..so each speaker would get somewhere around 75 watts each?

you dont sound like a dumbass itll just help you understand it better if you figure it out pen n paper stlye. but yea your right 75wrms as long as the amp is seeing the resistance its rated for. if you lower the resistance of the circuit the wattage will go up.

Something such as a good four channel 600-800rms amp will get those infinity speakers to singing nicely.
