Pioneer~Saturn
Got two ribs put in at the front of the horn. At the front the sides will slant slightly like you can see, just trying to keep the basic contour of the car and make the opening as large as possible. More tomorrow Team Tupperware <First dual-alternator 'real' Saturn (pre-2002) on the planet>(3) 15" Fi SP4's fed by (2) M3a's strapped @ .66712.75 cubes net @ 25Hz with 200 sq inches of port area (lowz...?)Stock alt position (custom bracket) 225 amp Mechman Roof = steel and fiberglass (u mad?)(2) XS Power D3100's, (2) rhino batts, No battery upfront (for now, smh)4 power+ 4 ground runs of 1/0-gauge to rear"If its been done before...you're doing it wrong" : ) "stfu about scores and float $hit..." Pioneer~Saturn
Alright...got the back window pulled this morning.. Made myself a bridge to get right over the port to do work... What i had to start... Got the lower hump glassed down into the port... Prepped the top piece with the pocket-hole jig... More glass added, upto one layer of cloth and 4 layers of mat at this point iirc... This is what doin work looks like Got the contour for the side cut out of some birch.. Got them screwed down... And I got upto 6 layers of mat ontop of the cloth layer iirc, bodyfilled a bit, sanded, then a layer of milkshake put on.. Still a bit shotty on even'ness but its getting there...more tomorrow, the bottom hump should be done and the back piece mounted and reinforced/glassed from behind if weathers nice... And the side pieces arent lined up with the vertical pieces because im going to glass over to the pillar pretty drastically and that will fill the gap in Team Tupperware <First dual-alternator 'real' Saturn (pre-2002) on the planet>(3) 15" Fi SP4's fed by (2) M3a's strapped @ .66712.75 cubes net @ 25Hz with 200 sq inches of port area (lowz...?)Stock alt position (custom bracket) 225 amp Mechman Roof = steel and fiberglass (u mad?)(2) XS Power D3100's, (2) rhino batts, No battery upfront (for now, smh)4 power+ 4 ground runs of 1/0-gauge to rear"If its been done before...you're doing it wrong" : ) "stfu about scores and float $hit..."
