what is the EASIEST way to take 3m super adhesive off of a box....sanding with 80 grit is doing it but veryy slowly....any other way some kind of solvent?????

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

depends if you pour it on or pour it onto a rag :)

I bought this stuff in a one ounce bottle, lets just say it doesn't require much at all, a little dab on the rag and you're good to go.

acetone will eat up all the adhesive and create a really bad booger like situation, in which usually has to be scraped clean!

well my wife is office manager where i used to work and they have a big shop out back so i got her to let me borrow a 4 inch angle grinder with a 220 grit wheel......got about half done in less than 30 mins gonna do the rest tomorrow this way i can manually round the corners then hit it with the fine grit on my mouse sander....then glass it and paint it

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
