L8-NiTe Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 (edited) You being the Father have as many rights to see your son as the Mother does.She cant deny you rights to see your son.What you need to do is go to the court house and file for some custody to show her your tired of the bs.If you can get info that all she does is sit around not working with some other dude whos not working and tell them all of that shit.They take it all into account now a days they dont mess around with kids being neglected or in a home that is not stable.I think you would be very suprised at how things might work out for you. Something else to think about,the mother doesn't have to be a complete fuck up,if you can provide a better life for the child you have a better chance of having custody.Hell now the grand parents can even get custody if the mother and father aren't doing there job. The courts give custody to the mother unless she waives it or she's proven to be an unfit mother hence my comment about being a complete fuck up.
