For your kerfs, you could have got away with doing about 1/3rd of the cuts if you had done just a little math. Im also going to do a kicker logo on the top and add some LEDs to make it light up at night. Yeh that quarter round was a bad idea , and shear laziness on my part , Im actually going to use filler to flatten it out at the ends to create the 45 s , It was a bit tricky to do the inside flares like that, as any change around that area would result in my box being bigger, and I was a little tight for space, Thank you for your feedback bro. my motto: hit it, quit it, never admit it

Masking done for Primer ... The wood that didnt have any resin coating on it just soaked up all the primer my motto: hit it, quit it, never admit it
