Soulman07
Silvers are 1ohm stable bridged I believe. The black ones are 2ohm stable only, I think that's about it. The silvers were the 07 models, most sites confuse the two now a days though Quote 1993 Chevrolet SWB Pickup Viper 791XV Primer Stage 5/8 Static Drop Kinetik HC1800 Big 3 Knu Flex 0 Team Tex Flex

97maxima
They were both built to run at 2 ohms mono or 1 ohm per channel but on proper electrical the silver one will go below 2 ohms mono. That amp is a hog but i would just keep it at the recommended ohm loads Quote American Bass*DC Power
El1T3Bass
I've got them down to .5 ohms but I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT,, it went into protect a lot... and the silverones are old, blackones new, same specs and everything.... 1 ohm stable and 3000 rms Quote wow now this just shows that smd isnt just any forum. Team_DC-Derrick
its not 1 ohm stable for 3000 rms, its 1 ohm per channel for 1500 rms per channel, 2 ohms bridged for 3000 rms on both the silver and black Quote The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... slim2fattycake
You are getting hella rise if you got it wired at .5 and still running. I had it wired at .5 as well and it went into protect 4 times in testing. But its still working like a champ, not even hot at all.
