I was happy with the last setup but it was just killing the amps...now it should be even better..highs and lows. Trippi Posted October 25, 2010 Author Report Posted October 25, 2010 I should have an idea of what will fit in my back doors by the end of the day. My overall goal is to have 16 10s, 16 8s, 24 tweets and maybe a few speakers in the rear hatch..just a few 10s and a pair of horns. I also want to redo the dash..it doesnt look right to me..and the center console..maybe make a custom steering wheel and mount the ipad in it. I want to put my gauges in the A pillars and move the radio to the center console, but that wont be for a few more weeks. Custom seats might be back on the agenda too but i hope not. lol. I have to get the factory ones moved up a little bit because of the wall but for some reason they are not working. I really want to get it playing for the Pulse show this saturday but we will see. ~~~~CHODE FTW~~~~ DC4LYFE

Ric Thornton Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 ok... so we left off here last night.... lets start to finish that off... a couple layers of fiberglass mat and resin... few layers of short hair reinforced bodyfiller (contains short strands of fiberglass), then sanded, and lightweight body filler added... here's the back portion that will trim out the amprack... sanded and ready for paint... buttttt.... for now we are just going to wrap it in black carpet. not our first choice, but no way to get it painted in time for the show. after the show these will be cleaned and painted. ok... amp rack out... trim panel in place... minus amp rack ... few other steps before that will be re-installed. Stay tuned...
