Team Maf Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 not necessarily. if the wire connection at either end of the fuse was loose, it would create resistance and heat. resistance im sure is what would cause the volts to drop. and also an increase in heat can cause resistance iirc Or the kid has his stuff improperly tuned and wired, did he specify anywhere what gauge wiring he has? Ive seen kids use extension cables from the dollar store to run power/ground wires.
