Team_DC-Derrick Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 the form rules are placed in effect so people dont just come here trying to sell things and scam people, So you need your screen name and date in the picture, on a piece of paper, and atleast 150 posts, to show that you have been on here alittle bit of time and are not just trying to sign up to the site and scam people..
