STEvil
220 Amps means the alterator produces an average peak of 220 amperes of current, which at 14.4 volts is 3,168 watts of power. If your volts dip, you lose power. If you dont run in the peak RPM range, you lose power. It doesnt matter though given that you will not be feeding your system 4000w RMS and driving for extended periods of time, so any time the system does require more than the alternator can give it will just take it from the battery (as long as the battery(ies) are ok). Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
