I'm not going to bother. Like I said, he's got it in his head that it's as good as it's going to be, and after the terrible ported box he recently built, he has it in his head that ported isn't better. He just doesn't understand how to design a box, so what really happened is he built a box, stuck in some small PVC pipes and called it ported, and it sounded like poop.

Look what 3 mtx 7500´s can do with 3K in my little car :clapping:

By the way, mtx regular specs, no special custom designed triple baffle 16th order bandpass :drink40:

I guess there's a chance I could get someone here to design a box for him and possibly get him to build it, but he's still limited on his power..just that one amp that he claims is putting out 1600w, split among the three.

This video makes them sound a lot louder than they are. The last comp he went to, he did a 141.6.

Not bad for that little power on a sealed box actually, for that power i would get about 2 cubic feet per sub, that way he can upgrade later and still have cone control and handle the power. 6 cubic feet net with about 90SQ of port tune @ 38 hz should pound really hard!

Im glad to see that there are still people showing love to MTX. THey are not that bad of a company just a little pricy nowadays compared to their competition. For mainstream subs tho the 75,85 and 95's they make pound nicely. That shit is slappin tho for a sealed box i have to give him credit.

Go to audioenhancers.com they build prefab slot ports specifically for MTX woofers and several other brands as well.

I had my MTX 9515 in an AudioEnhancers Slot port and i was doing a 144 all day off 1500 watts in a 96 Accord
