Yep, that´s another way, you could leave your 30 hz tuning 9 cubic feet box r daily, and when you are going to a comp, shrink the box so you can change your tuning , internal space and peak, big problem is that, with that low tuning, you would have to shrink it A LOT, something like 1.5 cubic feet with some wood, sandbags or even a batteries so you could barely get 34 hz tuning, you also peaked that low because the T-lines are like that, a CRX box in that car should peak 5 or 6 hz above tuning depending on the box size i guess...

ya. With the way I have it now the port is 18" wide and 6" tall and is in the middle of the bottom of the box. So all I have to do is put in sand bags or build two L pieces to make the sides rougly 1.5-1.7 cubes smalle which I think make my running middle 30hz

take baby steps, u cant do it all at once unless u have a roll of 100's big enough to choke a donkey

As promised more pics, just finished the box, all that's left to do is sand down the rough edges, and then router the port.

So today I did a video, this will probably be a last HOORAH video for the T-Lines, I am gonna try to put in my new box this weekend. I have to make room for the T-Lines somewhere at my house. And I got family coming into town. So if anyone is interested in my T-Lines that I got they are all for sale. Now onto the video.

What does everyone think.

Well my new box I'm gonna keep for a while, and this way I get to use my rear window again, and finally get to tint the rear windows. But I wanna start saving that bankroll to get my new setup for 2011 season and SBN.

  • 2 weeks later...

So last night after returning from a family reunion, I decides to do the swap on my car. Here are the pics.

Yes I know that the wires are just kinda there, but it was like 10:30, dark as fuck, and i needed to get the amps hooked up to make sure everything was good to go. I will be mocking up a amp mount and fan cooling system in the next week or so. AS I said I have to clean up wires, but I am getting no interference at-all. My RCAs are as far as possible from any power wire, the closest is like 2" away from each other.

And yes the much anticipated question is answered. This box is loud, much louder then the T-Lines, and gets down low. Only problem I am having is where to mount my 6.5" Components, currently they just sit in my rear seat.
