The RF 1500 wouldn't be enough for a BTL, but the 2k rms alpine would do it fairly well, probably would go with a higher wattage amp like a RF 2000. AQ sells only factory direct so you don't have to pay the dealer costs, and it is not a well-known brand (not sure if this comes into play with price). An AQ 2200 would be a fine choice for a BTL, maybe a little under powering it. AQ amps are solid and do rated. 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix build
