The max dimensions that you can work with are 32" in length. 17" in width. and 17" in height. I used to have 2 12" subs in a box that big and the latch barely closed on that exact box dimensions haha. Hope that helps

Yes the measurements I took were from that hump. It kinda screws up everything haha. But lemme hear this idea! Love the sound of this haha
