You could do all for wheels for like 60 bucks but that would be using all cheap stuff, the nicer the paint ect the more its gonna cost. You can prep the wheels then send them to a shop for the best results. Just don't do any retarded ass colors though, stick to black if that's the route you want to go. 99vic Posted April 26, 2010 Report Share Posted April 26, 2010 on black steel wheels id scuff what paint/ color is there then hit it with some rust preventer primer wet sand them and then do a black paint.. wd40 prevents rust but doesn't remove it from what i have been told..
