Coolwazabi Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 (edited) i got the package this morning... doesn't look all that bad "subwoofer itself" but the box is torn the fuck up ! the magnet is chipped pretty good... i was wondering if i should open a claim ? i really wanna open a claim.. since it was pretty much new in the box... even though its just a chip in the magnet... he insured it for $400.. bassINyoFACE Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 If you really want to go through the whole re-packaging, re-shipping, (which you pay for upfront by the way) the time it takes to ship to vegas, the time it takes scott to decide if he wants to fix it or go after shipping company, time it takes to get back to you--- is it really worth it? that little chip has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR BASS it will sound just the same trust me. but i would check to make sure it didn't get bent out of round, then you can have some problems.
