fresh1
hey guys. pretty new to posting here, but I've been stalking the site for a while, so I figured I'd ask my question here since where I am people don't run this particular equipment too much. I drive a 98 grand caravan (ballin I know) and I'm looking to make some changes to my subwoofers. Right now I've got an 18'' TFOne, basically an AQ HDC but with 500 watts more rms power handling, running at 4 ohms off an sd3000.1. now the dream is 4 12''s, or 2 15''s if I have to, but all while keeping the third row seats, for now at least. I've got a couple subs in mind, and I'm just trying to narrow it down. thats why I came here. I got a good price on some American Bass XFLs, but everyone here in Canada really only uses AB amps, except me of course. now I know the amps are disgusting, but I was just wondering, could you guys give some input or reviews or feedback on the XFLs? its sort of a toss up between the AB XFL and the AQ HDC. four of each will let me take advantage of the amp, but like I said I was just looking for some feedback on the XFLs. Thanks guys
AI James
flip a coin, the subs are VERY simular
fresh1
I tried but Canadian coins are no good for American products lol. I will say based on price the AB's would be my choice, but based on simlar procucts I'd go with the AQ's. Thats why I'm hoping to get some feedback on the XFLs. although now I'm starting to think they're the same sub with different logos thanks to your VERY similar stuff... fresh1
well that is what I'm leaning towards, but the most I've heard or seen from them is from youtube videos. then again, that is the best and only way to make decisions on subwoofers.
