Big P Posted July 10, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2007 why does the song suck that bad? lol you probably wont be seeing it on the dvd. we had some hagered shit go down with music rights which left us with out a sound track at all. luckily DJ Billy E came thru with 2 tracks, Big D came thru with a few songs off there new cd, My Boy Dave is laying down some tracks and a few more people are laying down some beats for us. Looking back theres a few things I could have done better. I can correct those mistakes when we film the honda so josh.. what is it going to look like for the DVD to come out.. I mean, it has been 2 months shy of a year for when west coast finale took place.. and now it looks like the most progress has been made... IMO it seems like too much time has lapsed to get good sales on the event.. except for those of us that were at the event, that would like a copy of the dvd. I would say edit the footage, and sell it.. i personally wouldn't want songs and stuff added to my dvd.. i would like to hear doug talkin in teh mic and calling it how it is happening.. add a screen that says FOR EXAMPLE: Justin Stohlman vs JC CAR AUDIO Street B and then so forth for all teh other classes, and for the semi finals and then the finals add a screen for everyone with qualifying, and then for teh features add all the other stuff with the airplanes flying over head, and people working on the systems.. but.. for teh competiton stuff, keep it simple, and get it done I dont know if anyone agrees or disagrees.. thats how i think it would be a great dvd. They wont have any music and will be uncut from the moment doug says go then says stop. the dvd it self has a lot a few people descibing there systems and back ground music helps make the vid more interesting.
