why all the expanding foam?

To be honest the truck is built like shit it is VERY thin the rear quarters was flexing like there was no tomorrow and sounded like shit so I took regular house fiberglass insulation and filled the depth of the entire gap and then foamed the Hell out of it and I must say it made the world of difference in the overall sound also
