TLEJ
He just said 1500 watts didn't blow them.. soo Yea.. They're in a "hot box" Which means you can't see any part of the sub woofer? But I was looking in the ports, and it looked like the subs were different colors.. He said they hit pretty hard, (And they did with my 1000 watt amp I hooked up to them..) But Idk how to tell what they are without destroying this perfect box.. Idk if a hot box is recommended or not.. For all I know they're could be 2 monsters in there. Opinions? k3n12ock
His 1000 watt amp is probably like 250RMS and those subs are probably junk any ways. 05 xB - (2) EVIL 18s - (2) BC3500s - NO WALL Channel 1: http://www.youtube.com/k3n12ock Channel 2: http://www.youtube.com/MrK3n12ock2

bumonskateboard6
If I remember right wasn't Treo doing a preloaded system called "hotbox" maybe that's what you have? http://www.treoonline.com/ "HotBox Enclosed Subwoofers Now Shipping TREO Engineering is introducing three non-powered subwoofer enclosures based around the TSX and SSi subwoofer drivers. Designed for 'drop-in' applications, they're covered with TreoHyde polymer-based coating and feature aluminum mounting baffles, five-way binding posts and engraved logos. The trio of TREO boxes are configurable to one ohm or four ohm operation without rewiring. HotBox10 and HotBox12 feature dual TSX drivers, while the StreetBox12 utilizes one SSi subwoofer driver." Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?
