I've always wanted to do this to the extra JL magnet I have laying around. You just gave me a little boost of motivation Its fun you learn alot. It would probably need a big enclosure. Well I just took a roll of magnet wire and wound until I felt it was ok. 2 Layers. Ended up being a 8ohm coil. It wasn't built to be efficient.
