devil4u2c Posted May 25, 2010 Report Share Posted May 25, 2010 yeah bro, I use a jigsaw and cut it slightly small then use sandpaper to get the hole perfect, it takes some time but I have a really crappy router that I dont trust so I stick with the jigsaw. That is what i was thinking. My buddy already helped me to make a jig so i can get my perfect circle, and as far as sandpaper, i have tons of it so i plan on putting it to use.
