They claim that their accounts are in good standing and they have no way to contact anyone from the site for some help. It might be a benefit to make a FAQ that covers what someone should try and/or who they can contact when they run into a login problem so that it can be resolved. It showed it as not even being a valid website (the actual SMD website AND the forums) I wasn't spelling it wrong or anything, either.. as it's in my history and favorites correctly as that's how I always get to it.. but seems to be back to normal today, weird.
