No high level, but do you mean does it have an on/off switch on the actual amp? if so, then no. it doesnt. I'll clarify the second part. On some amps (like Kickers) you don't need a remote turn on lead. Instead the amp turns on when it senses voltage in the RCA cable. I'm guessing the amp doesn't have that because you didnt know what I was talking about.
