Rogers Posted January 31, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 31, 2011 it wasnt that difficult... i just took my time... i planned it so that the top of the baffle would bolt to the back dash sealing it off... idk if you noticed but i shoved 1.5" of mdf under the enclosure once it was in... then for the sides i used a piece of cardboard and made a template for the panels, then i grabbed a 1x4, traced it,cut it and then GLUED it to the side of the enclosure and the sheet of mdf underneath... then whatever very small gap was left i filled with expand foam, trimmed the foam, and then paint on a layer of gorilla glue over the exposed expand foam... other than that.. just some deadener on the the top of the rear deck... which it needs another layer... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/79921-rogers-700-dream-car-update-page-17-a-wall/?p=2335774 93 Saturn SC2My system4 SA-15's Walled 2 Cerwin-Vega S2000's 3 Kinetik Hc2000's Dual 200amp alts. you guys done with the peepee touching contest or do I need to end it?
