Big_Mike Posted September 7, 2010 Report Posted September 7, 2010 got pulled over tonight because the cop heard some people drifting in the jack in the box parking lot and sees me pull out "I'm ridin on 24's, that was not me" haha! but yeah THAT was the reason he pulled me over.. not because of tinted tail lights so new tint equals great success oh and according to Justin and Tiller my shit ain't loud What percent tint did you use on your taillights?
thehoe92 Posted September 8, 2010 Author Report Posted September 8, 2010 I don't know what percentage the tail lights are I'll ask tomorrow when I go over there with Logan to get his truck tinted.. its not 5% but its not 35% so maybe 15%? its pretty dark and nate the mirror fell of yesterday but it didn't take any glass thank god.. so now I'm just leaving it off I'm going to throw up a video in the next hour that my buddy took yesterday on my camera not the best but its something today I want to finally some how mount the 4 channel.. I'm thinking to the brace on the back of the seat and clean up some wires to make everything show worthy again Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
thehoe92 Posted September 8, 2010 Author Report Posted September 8, 2010 so the dude who threw the rock is actually a pretty cool dude and doesn't want any more trouble so he says he wants to work something out if I press charges he will be in prison for a while so we agreed on him paying me $500 on the first of October and $500 on the first of November and it will all be squared away from there with that money I plan on getting an HD hood and getting it color matched with the possibility of a street scenes speed grille and SS bumper color matched so I can finally check off my front end minus maybe headlights/marker lights Rockford Fosgate Power Series components in the doors Rockford Fosgate Punch Series 6.5's in the kicks still haven't decided what I am going to do for the lip.. I've got so many mixed reviews on both colors but my buddy knows the owner of a powdercoating place local so that will be my next and final option the damage.. wasn't as bad as the night he threw it because I popped it out some and used rubbing compound to get the scratches off most of it representin Preston's old box my attempt to make the wiring look decent and of course no box would be proper in my car without a little purple in the port Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
