thehoe92 Posted September 17, 2010 Author Report Posted September 17, 2010 well.. stayed up all night stopped by Rich's Tire Barn to see if they could actually align lowered trucks and they can had a long discussion about what needs to happen before they actually align it picked my buddy up and went to napa grabbed a hub assembly, rotor (since mine had some pretty deep pits in it from wearing down the brakes too much), gear oil and a hub nut everything is looking fresh and brand new behind the drivers side wheel and it drives like it!!! such a night and day difference this morning and the past couple nights I felt like my truck was just going to shake itself apart driving down the road also found out once we got in there that the right UCA bolt wasn't tightened at all so that definitely made a huge difference!! just need to save up and get the other side done and then when I get the $1k for my hood I can buy brand new tires and get my hood fixed my 2 15's didn't show up today but maybe tomorrow and if not tomorrow definitely Monday Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

I dunno if thats been asked already, but the last box I had was tuned at 32hz and it did great on the lows but felt like it lacked on a lot of music and im kinda looking for something more in the middle. I dunno if thats been asked already, but the last box I had was tuned at 32hz and it did great on the lows but felt like it lacked on a lot of music and im kinda looking for something more in the middle. at first I was thinking damn this thing is just going to be play high 40's low 50's but I actually like it a lot first thing I noticed right off the bat is how nice of a cutoff it has at higher frequencies the 6 15's box wanted to play everything.. which isn't always bad but the higher notes didn't sound too good tuned to 38hz its got a nice round cut off around 55hz and the only problem with tuning so high is the subs won't move to much on the lows.. you'll still hear them and they will still shake the shit but when they aren't moving they aren't being cooled so they heat up a little bit faster I'm going to have to go back to the 6 15's box pretty soon so I'll let you know how it sounds with all 6 15's on full power Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
