My Ipod Is Keeping Me Puzzled?

I bought new stuff, new 6x9's,new amp for my 6 x9's and new tweets for my other amp,Im still slightly clipping, but i want to make it stop for good,My eq on the ipod is off also.

how are you plugging in the iPod into the HU? I know on mine i don't use the iPod through the headphone jack into aux because the ipod doesn't seem to have enough preamp power.

There was also someone who did a study ( i will see if I can find it) that if you turn your ipod up to full volume that it sends out a clipped signal...

I haven't had any problems with mine working through the headphone jack. I do want to get a new HU with integration, but just for convenience. SQ is A-OK from what I hear...maybe I am just used to crappy SQ.

apples knows this. when you buy thosefm transmitter it says to place volume at 75%
