JZeFF
A while back i thought putting chrome "film" on some of the black plastic parts of my car would be a cool thing to do.. It did look good for a while, but then it started coming off in a few small places, and now it looks crappy.. It was just a roll of "chrome" film that i bought from autozone, it went on just like window tint goes on... I was outside trying to remove it.. and all i could do was scratch it off with my thumb nail... It would take FOREVER to do it that way... Is there anything good to use that wont damage the plastic it is stuck to? I tried WD 40 Edited June 13, 2010 by JZeFF Quote Pioneer x930 bt Rockford t2500 bdcp 18" nightshade v1 DC audio 175.4 RF power T162s up front, infinity 3 way 6x9's in the back (removing rear stage and re-doing doors soon) 3x XS power D2700's Knukonceptz 0awg all around

Wastehog
Maybe you could use a razor on certain parts and if you scuff, or scratch them, you could always repaint them.. just a thought. J_Bird
Putty knife!!! And if you scratch or scuff up the plastic just wet sand it with some 600 and then prime it with some filler primer and then repeat the process until your satisfied. mbdblue
Also, try the 3m eraser wheel. Thing is a lifesaver with debaging. works on metal surfaces but dont try to use it on plastic... its hard to get that shit off plastic parts man. but it may have had an adhesive on the back side like tint does. id try goo gone or a bug and tar remover may dissolve whatever glue is holding it on...
