mikeg321 Posted June 23, 2010 Report Share Posted June 23, 2010 (edited) i THINK the guy the designed the RE woofers left and is now working at FI (not sure if that was scott). the RE woofers have been the same, performance wise, since he left and FI has gotten better. so while RE is not bad, FI is better. I've heard the same thing, I'm pretty sure it's true (thought it was Nick tho). To the Op: my Fi's took an everyday beating like a champ and when I took em out for my rebuild the coils still looked like there brand new. I know it's the sound quality line but they still put out an immense amount of bass and I run them all day while I'm driving and they handle it well.
