chewie Posted June 24, 2010 Report Share Posted June 24, 2010 if your not wanting to buy a new alt take your current one out and find a alternator/starter rebuild place tell them you want it rewound to the highest current avaialable usually around 175 bux if you get that done and buy a nice battery for up front youll be ok. You make it sound like its the end of the world that whomever told you was looking out for you. Its not like putting an alt in the car is hard, hondas are really easy to do alts.Also why do you want a turboed car/ "fast" car with a system? You making a show car? That sir is not true.. i have a 02 and you have to take the power steering pump off nd everything... the 00 and older ones are easy but not the 01 and up..
