crav1n
So, I've never went this big, but I want a wall. I have a 98 gmc sonoma, 6 10" RE sri's, and about 1500 watts for now how do you guys think it would sound? would it be worth walling it? In search of input, and if anyone knows anything about this model of subs, I could sure use your input. I cant find anything online about them. so I'm not sure what to do, tuning wise. and how much wood/material would I need to build a solid wall? thanks! Team_DC-Derrick
Because if im going to wall off something, its got to be loud, granted thats alot of cone, but a 300 rms sub isnt worth walling off 2 me... Bigg Boy
I have seen a wall with 6 10" cvr's doing high 140's. I say go for it. you could allways change the woofers. Team_DC-Derrick
But, you can try it, it has the possibility to get loud... as long as you are happy with it thats all that matters though Quote The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... crav1n
I still kinda wanna do it..I could always change the drivers..but these subs can take an easy 4-500 watts. they're a little different than the srx's
Noobtastic14
The purpose of a wall is to extend the size of the baffle to fit more cone. I can think of several alignments to fit 10s windowline in a an extended cab truck so IMO the wall would be wasteful. If you want a wall you need to fill it with woofers. ;-) Quote I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional.
