Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

I ran my '08ZX1000.1 at 1 ohm. It went into protect under 12 volts.... I honestly think it's worth a try for you... Roll on the bass and let the rise take care of the protect issue. Run them at 4 ohms daily... The amps get warm for sure at 1 ohm daily. D1.5s would be money all day though.

Worst comes to worst, you got a local repair guy who can shoot 2 birds with 1 stone and mod them/ fix them if they break.

Hmm i dont think ill drop under 12V maybe ill bring them to this weekends show ill do a burp with my D4 at 2ohm just so i can have a score if they do go into protect. then swap the D2 in and do another burp and see what happens. Ill take a look at the coils again and see what they look like

Gains might need to be adjusted to keep it from going into protect, so bring a multimeter and if you got access to one an O-Scope.
