Maybe not a lot since you'll be sealed off into the cabin, but any pressure leaking into the trunk area will still be affected by the deadener. At least that's what I have read. This is just a suggestion but, if you can't move the airline, why not change the visible section to some type of hard line? Polished stainless would look good, IMO.
