wysiwyg Posted October 13, 2006 Author Report Posted October 13, 2006 does 12awg to 8awg really make a 1db gain???I think it was 14 actually.but yea, when you get to running over 2,000 watts or so. you start to choke it with that small of wire. I'll meter is soon and see for sure though. I could have used two bolts instead of 8 since i'm running parallel, but i'll be changing to a series config later when i run each sub to it's own amp.
