hollatchaboy Posted August 9, 2010 Report Posted August 9, 2010 ok, it was good to talk to you, i am going to test with 2 rf t4000 at 1 ohm this week, i need to up my score. yea def good talkin to you, too. i feel like a moron right now, though... i was wondering why my subs just didn't seem quite loud enough this past weekend. turns out i was in such a rush i forgot to realize they were dual 4ohm subs not dual 1 ohm. so, i've been running them at 4ohms all weekend (500 watts a piece, instead of the 2000+/- they should be really seeing). just happened to think about it and checked my online receipt and figured it out. at least i broke them in with less power, now tonight i get to see what these things can really do to my tundra.
