I know I was looking for something specific, and DC was there to offer it. I think any large motor woofer would have done what I wanted. I believe its more install that equipment but I can say Im happy with what I got. Its 3 layers. bottom layer normal cut out. layer 2 is a flush mount. and the top is another layer with a normal 14" cutout. which acts as a beauty panel and well as a 3rd layer to sandwich the sub in and give me 25 screws to hold the subs in instead of the normal 16.
