jeyrapboy Posted July 18, 2010 Author Report Posted July 18, 2010 Alright you guys if you do paint any clad molding i dont thing that it will hurt to clear coat it. Today when i washed my jeep i noticed that after a while my rocker panels in one spot it rubbed away from getting in and out of the jeep (from using the westin steps to) So i would be i can always touch them up and clear when i got more money. Loudcav Posted July 21, 2010 Report Posted July 21, 2010 deffinatly looks alot better Im working on painting the wheels on my truck today only have one coat of primer on so far and it looks alot better the wheels were pealing in spots so really no matter what I do it will look alot better. got the VHT primer and paint

The moldings not so much where my foot hits that rocker panel the paint is coming off some but other then that its fine.
