Legal TL scores145.6 on the dash sealed up in the low 40hz area with the port out145.5 on the dash sealed up @30hz with the port inless then 1k clamped on a 3.5k! If this wasn't a team event that would be a deal breaker right there. The best trophy I have ever gotten was from a Pulse event and they are just a small shop. Even the USACi trophies were all plastic. Thanks Punky! however... why am I considered a small shop? lol... all good. I am one of the guys who goes to a show, spends money on gas, and 30+ or more on an entry and expect a nice trophy if I win, or CASH. That's just me. haha I know what ya mean about cheap trophies too... the last couple MECA events, and a DCQ event we went to the trophies were sooooooooo cheap. but cheap or not, i guess it kinda does beat a 50.00 sheet of paper. I was talkin to Nick yesterday... he asked how much my trophies cost per show... the answer is 250.00 (but they are Marble base, nice trophies as people who have been to my show could tell ya). I have a trophy sponsor now for the BEST OF SHOW SPL for each event now (thank you ExpressTech Computers of Salisbury), but other than that I pay for it all. Then you have to figure advertising... that's 2000.00 per show. I do this b/c I enjoy it. alot of my guys/gals won't make this show just because we have so many other events coming up and two in the past two weeks we did that just have been breakin people's wallets. lol but I will be at this show with a few members as backup.
