gtasound
I've got a Lincoln LS, just did the system in it, spent a fortune, and I am anything buy happy with it. I've got: (3) Powerbass 12" 3XL 900 watts rms subs (custom box built in trunk) (4) Powerbass 5 1/4" 50 watt mids (4 doors) (4) Powerbass 1" tweeters (4 doors) (2) Alpine 6x8 midbass (stock in rear deck) (1) Powerbass 1100 watts rms 5 channel amp doing the 4 doors and 2 mid bass (1) Powerbass 1500 watts rms monoblock doing the 3 subs This shit is loud on the mids and highs, but suck ass on bass. Well it doesn't suck, but I want more. What's the best configuration in a trunk for pure SPL that hits low? Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?

They suck to get loud with but the best way would be to face the subs in the cabin and seal it off. Other then that the loudest would be to just do the basic: Subs facing trunk lid. Or you could just upgrade all your equipment... What's your electrical look like? 4 18's, low power and lots of gay fur. gtasound
i can get another 1500 watt amp and master slave them, maybe that'll do it. I was actually thinking of going the infinite baffle route, will that change anything? I'm gonna go snap a pic of the trunk right now, and post the pic of what it looks like. Guest
How do my nuts taste? Let them go and help this guy. So now will this work for him? you THINK you're helping the OP but you really arent. to the OP, if you want to get a tad louder the only thing you can do besides build a new box and the stuff Slapuhho said is to get a bigger amplifier.
