Juice0723
just wondering I turned my gain a tad up because I got my subs like 3-4 days ago. Just slowly putting more power to them. Now they got a bit smelly when I slam them. So I turned it down right away when I smelt it. They are custom ssackett subs. DC Level 5 soft parts. Can't help you honestly..smelly could mean anything. No way to know for sure unless you know what coil smells like(or know someone in person who does). 00' Nissan Xterra Always under construction :] HU: Pioneer DEH3100-UB Mids & Highs: Kicker DS Component Set & Crescendo tweeters Mids & Highs Amp: Rockford 150.2 Subwoofer: 2 DC Audio LV 4 18"s Subwoofer Amp: Hifonics Brutus 2005d you been hanging out with jeff and dustin with that green paint? its yellow so it has to be loud. Juice0723
it's a 3.8cuft tuned to 32.14hz box. I will be running 4k rms to both from the Crossfire VR4000D. I'm not running full power yet tho. I'm pretty sure what the coil smell is lol. This smell is lighter like only a scent that's noticeable. Not a heavy smell.
