If you could add C.SANCHEZ.A on the right side and 8-X in the upper left corner but, write it top to bottom. Here is the background image. I've tried to make it myself but failed miserably. Also, can you figure out how to add a banner to the top of the page? That being said I would need a banner made that looks like the image you made me before.
