zayres29 Posted August 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2010 well i checked the oil today.... didnt think to do that before i bought it.... and it wasnt even touching the dipstick fml so i stopped by walmart and picked up some castrol gtx high mileage and now it idles so much smoother hahaha i drove it over 200 miles yesterday with NO OIL oh and as with all 5th gen ludes the tranny is fucked so now if anyone wants to donate to my "get me a 5 speed swap" fund my email is [email protected] Btw that was the first person. zayres29 Posted August 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2010 i might have my 18s rebuild by psi to 10s or if my 18s sell im going to buy 2 new HDC310-A and starting with one AQ3500 and eventually 2 for the mids/highs amp im going again with AQ (AQ4X90) or something like that as for the door speakers i havent 100% decided i would love to have a full AQ system but for the money i can get way better speakers than the AQ and i havent decided if i want to replace the factory 6x9s with better 6x9s or replace them with a matching component set for the front ill get a HO alt (maybe 2 cause i have no AC might make a bracket) ive got plans for the trunk i dont think you can see in the pics but there is already holes in the floor perfect for running some 0ga through so im going to have 2-3 14v batteries back there along with one up front i havent decided on a box design either i know i want subs forward port forward and sealed off of course but as for airspace and tuning not sure Btw that was the first person. Why would you EVER WANT flex?huh?...flex is what can make the lows lower and more air being pushed correct?
