kickass audio Posted August 13, 2010 Author Report Posted August 13, 2010 I run 8 of the original 3500's. Have run them from 2ohm each to .25ohm each. VERY solid amps for the $$$... Have several team mate running the 3500.1's. All are daily drivers that get demo'd full tilt for long periods of time. HO alt and a couple of G31 batts is what I'd recommend for a single amp. NICE!! i didnt expect the amp to drop that low and still be stable my amp im using now is really made for a 4 ohm bridge at the least and i can put it to 2 ohm bridge and its still stable (distorted a little more but stable) im really thinking to keep my amp i have now for my woofer for the mids and highs. the crossover is unbeatable plus the tuning you can do on it is immense. since im going to buy a tahoe no matter how much it costs i planned to do like a steve meade and do fiberglass door panels, pillars, and other things for the mids and highs. and since the amp i have now does 740 rms at a 2 ohm load per channel, 350 rms at 4 ohm per channel. i think ill run it at 2 ohms and have it for the front speakers.
