headunit goes to 35 i was at 25 when testing. All bass,treble,mid was on 0

Put subwoofer level on +15 if u set the gains.

Put the sub to it's max setting leave everything else at 0 or off.

So 37.42v is what i should be aiming for.

What about low pass filters etc?

On the headunit the rca for the sub is s/w rear and rca for components is on front.

Would it better to just run one rca from front and use amp output to input?

Low pass should be around 8O.

No i mean subwoofer level, not bass EQ.

Look in you're manuel for it.

On any deck you can control the level of the sub like on my friends kenwood it goes from 0 to +15 to -15. If it's on -15 is basically off and +15 is all the way on.

edit: Just had a look in the manual and this is possible, so once i set to +15 and set the gains, What should i change to after?

Also i assume then bass,mids,treble should be set to 0.

After that just adjust your treble and such back to your liking.

And yes leave everything at 0 except the sub level +15
