i have an amp i got from a friend for free because it was broke. It's a hifonics brutus class d 1600w amp. The problem is the rca inputs on the amp broke of inside it's just a hole there now. Is this repairable/what should i do with this amp ?

can you resolder the rca connector back to the board? If not,see if you can figure out which connections are the rca positive and negative on the circuit board, and solder the bare wires straight to it. Have done that before, worker fine. Also, check with SkittlesRgood. He might can do something with it.

God damn its hot today. My balls are stuck to my leg.

Buy some insulated panel mount RCA sockets and put them in. You'll have to take the board out of the heatsink to do it.

That's what I normally do for people that break their RCA stalks... you can't really get replacements for the factory ones (unless you wanna buy 1,000 at a time from Korea or something)

Often they end up nicer than the stock ones. I spend a little extra cash and get the ones like the Sundown SAZ amps have :)
