1000RMS for 2 12"s.

The amp is 1000rms @ 2ohms, 1350w@ 1 ohm

so to figure this out, you take the total wattage * ohm load, then find the square root of that.

1000 * 1 = 1000

the square root of 1000 = 31.62. you could wire down to 1 ohm and using a DMM, set the gain to 31.62 volts AC

I know how to set them not to clip with a DMM.. but how do I do the wattage? Just keep the voltage down to what it matches to?

How do you know how to do that, but not voltage?

More than likely the same way people think using a DMM stops clipping...

Nah, I know it's not COMPLETELY accurate and all.. The only true way is with an oscope and all. And because I was told my voltage limits, I didn't know about the big chart thing until just a while ago. :P
